Interest in herbs has been exploited for many years. The love for herbs first started by experimenting with fresh garden herbs as food flavouring, and later in their medicinal capacity as natural healers & important additions in ones diet, in order to maintain health.
After intensive literature study of medicinal qualities of herbs, it was decided to enroll for a Diploma course at the Institute of Natural Healing, an international institute, based in England, with offices in Australia as well. The course was completed at the end of 2005.
After fully grasping the amazing potential of herbs as natural healing agents, and personal transition from use of conventional medicine to herbal remedies, it was decided to assist others in achieving a well-balanced, healthy lifestyle, characterized by the use of herbs.
Today Karen se Kruie is a well-established herbal practice, offering quality products and relevant advice on medicinal, culinary & aromatic use of herbs & herbal products.
